When should I order my pup’s special cake?

Please allow up to two weekdays (not including Saturday and Sunday) for cakes to be made, when possible, to ensure that we can fulfill your request. Feel free to call the Cafe at 704-588-3647 with any last-minute requests, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Due to the volume of orders, we ask that you please order within (no more than) two weeks of your desired pick-up day, so that we can work your cake into our production schedule immediately, and ensure that we offer you good communication and great service. 

It’s my sweet pup’s birthday TODAY and I need a cake now! What should I do?

We’re here for you! Just run right over to the Cafe and pick up one of our ready-made 4-inch Round “Happy Birthday” cakes*! Or, call the Cafe to see if a decorator is here and can work your order in. We’ll do our best!

*We keep a supply of freshly made peanut butter banana small cakes in our refrigerated bakery case. Messages include Birthday Boy, Birthday Girl, Pawty Girl, Pawty Boy, and Happy Birthday. Selection varies. These cannot be personalized on the spot, but are perfectly adorable as they are!
